Hush Club safety

Safety Rules

These rules apply to dating profiles, match chat, circles, photos, feedback, and any social content submitted through Hush Club.

Adults only for dating

Dating discovery, profiles, match chat, and dating photos are for people 18 and older. Do not use dating features if you are under 18.

Real identity, respectful conduct

Do not impersonate someone else, misrepresent important profile details, harass, threaten, shame, stalk, or pressure another person.

No explicit or exploitative content

Do not upload or send sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, coercion, exploitation, private images shared without permission, or graphic abuse.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Hush Club prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or conduct that sexualizes or endangers a minor.

Protect private information

Do not share another person's address, workplace, phone number, private messages, exact birth details, or other sensitive information without permission.

Meet safely

If you meet someone, choose a public place, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transport, and leave if something feels wrong.

Use report and block

Use report or block when someone violates these rules. Hush Club may restrict accounts, hide content, or remove access where needed for safety.

Published standards

Child safety and CSAE prevention

Hush Club does not permit CSAE or CSAM in profiles, photos, circles, messages, or any other user-submitted content. Dating discovery, dating profiles, dating photos, and match chat are restricted to adults aged 18 and over.

Users can report profiles and messages in the app and can block another user. We review safety reports, remove prohibited content, and restrict or terminate accounts when these standards are violated.

We preserve and report apparent CSAM and related child-safety concerns to the appropriate regional or national authorities, including NCMEC when applicable, as required by law.

The designated contact for child-safety and CSAM-prevention matters is contact@axellier.com.
