Terms of Service

By accessing or using Hush Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Hush Club is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, you must not use Hush Club. Dating discovery, dating profiles, dating photos, and match chat are for adults 18 and older only.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use non-dating Hush Club features only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian, and you are responsible for making sure your use is lawful where you access the service.

Hush Club is an entertainment and social decision game. Users answer dilemmas, view aggregate voting outcomes, build a decision profile, save reads, and may use paid or social features such as circles, dating discovery, dating profiles, photos, matches, and match chat.

Hush Club is not therapy, counseling, dating advice, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, crisis support, or any other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make in real life.

You may use some features with an anonymous session. You may also secure a profile with email, Apple, Google, or another provider we support. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity under your account or session.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we believe it is needed to protect Hush Club, users, legal compliance, billing integrity, or service reliability.

If you submit profile details, dating profile details, photos, circle names, invite activity, responses, messages, feedback, reports, or other content, you give Hush Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and protect the service.

Circle invite links can be shared by people who receive them. Do not share a circle link or content with anyone you do not trust. Hush Club cannot guarantee that other circle members will keep shared information private.

Dating profiles, photos, match actions, and messages may be shown to other users as part of dating discovery, matches, chat, moderation, or safety workflows. Use report or block controls when another user violates these Terms or our safety rules.

You agree not to use Hush Club for illegal activity, harassment, abuse, threats, hate, doxxing, stalking, impersonation, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, security probing, payment fraud, vote manipulation, or infringement of someone else's rights.

You must not submit content involving minors in sexual contexts, non-consensual sexual content, coercion, exploitation, private information shared without permission, or instructions that could cause real-world harm.

We may review, hide, remove, restrict, or report content, profiles, photos, messages, or accounts where needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, payment integrity, or service protection.

We may limit votes, requests, account creation, circle activity, or other actions to protect product integrity. Attempting to manipulate results, bypass limits, or abuse anonymous sessions may result in restriction or removal.

Paid features, including Pro access, may be sold through Stripe, the App Store, Google Play, or another checkout provider shown at purchase. Prices, renewal periods, trials, cancellation steps, taxes, and refund terms are shown at checkout or by the payment provider.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and paid subscriptions renew until canceled through the purchase provider.

Hush Club, including its branding, design, software, text, graphics, game structure, and platform content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of Hush Club.

Hush Club may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, billing, analytics, app distribution, links, and other functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, outages, or conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hush Club is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific results, relationship outcomes, availability of any feature, or that the service will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hush Club and its operators, owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, reputation, relationships, emotional distress, business interruption, or decisions made based on the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Hush Club is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Hush Club in the three months before the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hush Club and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or change Hush Club or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may terminate or restrict access at any time where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including non-waivable consumer rights that may apply where you live.
