Hush Club is an entertainment and social decision game operated for users of the Hush Club app and website. For privacy questions, contact contact@axellier.com.

We collect information needed to run the product, including anonymous session identifiers, votes, selected options, saved reads, decision profile signals, circle membership, invite activity, display names, avatar choices, and app settings.

If you use dating or social discovery features, we may collect dating profile details, profile photos, dating intent, gender and interest selections, short bios, current city, approximate city coordinates selected from search, likes, passes, matches, chat messages, reports, blocks, and safety acknowledgements.

If you add birth chart details, we may collect birth date, birth time, birth place, approximate birth coordinates, timezone, and generated chart placements. Exact birth time and place are treated as private profile data unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

If you secure your profile, we may collect account identifiers such as email address, Apple or Google authentication identifiers, and related sign-in metadata. If you buy Pro, payment providers may send us subscription status, checkout identifiers, and entitlement information. We do not store full payment card numbers.

We may also collect device, browser, log, diagnostic, abuse-prevention, and analytics information such as IP address, approximate region, pages viewed, app version, and error data.

We use information to provide gameplay, calculate aggregate crowd results, save reads, sync profiles, operate circles, rank dating discovery, create matches and chats, manage profile photos, process reports and blocks, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, answer support requests, comply with law, and enforce our terms.

Votes and answers may be used in aggregate form, such as public percentages. We do not intend to publicly attach your individual votes to your legal identity.

Dating discovery, profile photos, profile text, matches, and messages may be reviewed, restricted, hidden, or removed where needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

The website and app may use cookies, local storage, device storage, or similar technologies to remember sessions, support checkout, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

We may share information with vendors that help us operate Hush Club, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, payment, app store, email, and support providers. These providers may include Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Apple, Google, and similar infrastructure providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse or fraud, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Payments are handled by the checkout provider shown at purchase, such as Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play. Those providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive limited information needed to confirm and manage access.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising if those practices apply.

You can remove profile photos, block or report profiles, pause or edit dating profile details where the app provides those controls, and request deletion of account or dating profile data by emailing contact@axellier.com.

To make a request, email contact@axellier.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required for security, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, moderation, or operational reasons.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Hush Club, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, and satisfy legal obligations. We may keep aggregated or de-identified information for longer.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so you use the service with that understanding.

Hush Club is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Dating discovery, dating profiles, dating photos, and match chat are for adults 18 and older only. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, or that an under-18 user created a dating profile, we may delete that information and restrict access. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use non-dating Hush Club features only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We use service providers and safeguards as appropriate for the service.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when this policy was last updated. Continued use of Hush Club after an update means the updated policy applies.
