Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Hush Club account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@axellier.com with the subject “Delete my Hush Club account.”
  2. Send the request from the email linked to your Apple or Google sign-in. If you use Hush Club as a guest, include your social or dating profile name and enough profile details for us to identify the correct account.
  3. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request.
Request account deletion

Data included

Once the request is verified, we delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data under our control. This includes account identifiers, social and dating profile details, uploaded photos, choices and saved activity, circles, likes, matches, chat messages, device records, and related profile data.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited payment, fraud-prevention, safety, moderation, dispute, or legal records where applicable law or legitimate security needs require it. We keep those records only for the required or reasonably necessary retention period, restrict their use, and then delete or de-identify them. Aggregated information that no longer identifies you may also be retained.
